This is a one time registration for all the potlucks in Ramadan. Expectation is to bring dinner meals enough for 4-5 people. Mention in the form what you intend to bring (Rice, Curry, traditional dish etc).  Please note that Sweets, Disposables & drinks will be arranged by SMA.

Please register for the potluck dinner on Dec 18 after Isha prayer. As per health regulations, its mandatory for anyone above 12yrs of age to be fully vaccinated to attend the event. Please provide the status in the questionnaire. Jazak Allah.
